		<description>&lt;p&gt;So... my little sister rented a house out in the country not too long ago, and the neighbors were always doing thing to help each other (like offering the use of the tractor to plow up a big patch of garden, or the like). One can only imagine what more closely knit communities are already doing to pool capital.&lt;/p&gt;
